New tale of Tom and Jerry

Once upon a time, in a land far away, there lived two friends named Tom and Jerry. Tom loved to count and add things, while Jerry loved to subtract and find the differences between things. They were both very curious and loved to explore new things.

One day, Tom and Jerry were walking in the forest, and they saw a big pile of apples. Tom was excited to count them, while Jerry wanted to find out how many apples were left after some were taken away.
